Luis was born in Ensenada on February 15,1976. He worked part-time for Rancho el Refugio for several years and transitioned to full-time in March 2019 becoming part of the staff. His background as a sociologist gave him the tools to become the Ministry Director for Rancho el Refugio, and School Coordinator for the Escuela Puente de Vida. He’s been married to his wife for 24 years and they have an 8-year-old daughter. He is also part of the worship band of Poder y Victoria Church, which he and his family have attended since it first opened.
