Tim and his wife Hannah first came to the Ranch after working with teams in Sonora, Mexico and in the Dominican Republic. They arrived with their four children (Devon, Shalayna, Stephanie, Mikaela) in 2011. During their first year with the mission, they helped start Escuela Puente de Vida and directed the work at the Ranch that year. Tim was able to apply his farm-made handy background and project leadership skills to work and direct the staff at the Ranch. Hannah applied her background in art and teaching in leading the school. Tim is a board member of Life Bridge Ministries International and Life Bridge Mexico.
